Yes. The Government of Uganda offers partial support through:
- NAADS (National Agricultural Advisory Services)
- Operation Wealth Creation (OWC)
- Ministry of Agriculture projects
These programs sometimes offer discounted irrigation kits, especially for youth groups, cooperatives, and organized farmers. Visit your district agricultural office for current opportunities.
