Is it worth investing in land near oil pipeline routes?

Yes, but with caution.
Land near pipeline routes often increases in value because of:
- New roads
- New trading centers
- Demand for housing and services
However, avoid buying inside the right-of-way zone, because the government may acquire it for compensation.
Buy slightly outside the marked corridor for better safety and returns.
