Uganda is blessed with food, forget what you see on the internet that we have no food. Some of the most loved Ugandan foods include matooke, luwombo (beef/chicken/groundnut), posho, beans, pilau, malewa, katogo, chapati/rolex, and sweet potatoes. Every region has specialties, but matooke and beans remain the national staple. Schools do posho and in the military. Don’t forget to try all when you pass by the pearl.
