How can a foreign student apply to study in Uganda, and what are the requirements?

Foreign students can apply directly to the university of their choice. Requirements usually include:
- Academic transcripts and certificates
- Passport copy
- Application fee
- English proficiency (if necessary)
- Student visa, obtained after receiving an admission letter
