What channels exist for reporting corruption or service delivery failures?

Ugandans can report corruption or poor service through:
- Inspectorate of Government (IGG) – online, phone, or office visits
- State House Anti-Corruption Unit
- Police Professional Standards Unit
- Hotlines on ministry websites
- Local government offices
Reports can be anonymous, and evidence improves follow-up.
