How long does it take to get house plan approval?

Approval time depends on your district:
- KCCA: 30–60 days
- Municipal councils: 2–4 weeks
- District local governments: 1–3 weeks
If documents are incomplete, it takes longer.
Always submit a signed architectural plan, structural drawings, land title, and proof of payment. And remember moves things faster!
